Kuvings new commercial juicers

Kuvings presents a new innovation. Following the successful popularity of commercial juicers, Kuvings has developed a new commercial vacuum blender, with the world’s first automatic opening and closing function.

The phrase “world’s first” means a lot to Kuvings and it’s one that has been continuously challenged, from “the world’s first Whole Slow Juicer” to “the world’s first automatic opening/closing function”.

Kuvings’ new auto vacuum blender will be unveiled at the IFA exhibition in Germany this September, and its outstanding performance is expected to attract the attention of buyers from around the world.

The world’s first commercial blender with automatic opening and closing function
As the name suggests, Kuvings’ Chef CB1000 is optimised for use in commercial environments such as cafes, hotels and juice bars. This is the world’s first commercial blender to apply the automatic opening and closing function of the soundproof cover. With one touch of a button, you can conveniently enjoy the entire process of making beverages, with vacuum and ultra-high-speed blending and automatic opening and closing of its soundproof cover. This new smart feature maximises on convenience and saves time too. Providing fresh beverages through a vacuum
Unlike general blenders, vacuum alternatives keep juices and smoothies fresh for a long time. Vacuum blending also prevents oxidation, browning and layer separation and minimises the loss of nutrients, so users can enjoy premium juices and smoothies.

Drinks made by vacuum blending also show a big difference in nutritional content. The method provides a more nutritious beverage because the vacuum minimises the oxidation and nutrient destruction that occurs when the ingredients collide with the blade.

CB1000: recognised worldwide
Chef CB1000’s technology, performance and convenience have already been recognised worldwide. In February this year, Kuvings was named at the Kitchen Innovation Awards held in Germany, selected as “Best of the Best” in the catering field and receiving the Golden Award.

In addition at the 2022 Korea New Lifestyle Awards, it received the grand prize under the customer value category, strengthening its global position as a premium home appliance brand.

The best recipe programme
In the world of commercial cafes, recipes that can be made with a blender are of utmost importance. Various functions have been applied to the Chef CB1000 to increase the efficiency of its product use. A total 35 recipe programmes optimised for the cafe menu are built-in, and five preset buttons make it easy for anyone to operate.

Faster with quick start button applied to the main body provides a hands-free function that allows users to perform other tasks until blending is complete. The frequently-used recipe menu button can be directly assigned to the quick start button, so you can make drinks quickly through the desired settings.

Asymmetric container for uniform blending
Kuvings special skill is in making a soft drink with a soft texture. It is designed to unbalance the angle of the bottom of the blender’s container, so that the particles are smooth and uniformly-blended.

Excellent durability motor and blade
It is no exaggeration to say that the anatomy of a blender is a motor and a blade. The gadget is equipped with a motor that can be used stably for a long time so that it can be freely implemented in a commercial environment, and the optimal blade structure designed for uniform blending provides a soft texture.

Design with safety in mind
Most of Kuvings‘ products are designed safely. Blending is possible only when the machine’s container is properly fastened to the main body. This safety design is applied not only to blenders, but to all Kuvings juicers.

Miele at IFA2022

Sustainability and climate protection will dominate the presentation of the world’s leading manufacturer of premium domestic appliances at the IFA in Berlin. A keen focus will be on the new technologies and features with which Miele aims to protect the environment and support users in acting more responsibly. These will feature alongside clever innovations for creative cooking and lifestyle which are only available from Miele. The family-owned company will present More than 400 appliances at a their booth in Building 2.1, accompanied by inspirational live events and starred chefs-de-cuisine offering food to sample. Trade fair motto: ‘Discover quality ahead of its time. For a better tomorrow’.

A contribution towards reducing food waste comes for example in the form of new free-standing refrigerators from the K 4000 series with their innovative PerfectFresh Active system in which the combination of a temperature of around zero degrees with humidity and a fine mist of water keeps vegetables and fruit crisp and attractive for up to five times longer. In addition, further improved smart cooking assistants and recipe apps as well as intelligent energy management, ensure more sustainability in the household. And more new products at the IFA trade fair mainly focus on the kitchen, starting with a well-known, particularly tasty, nutritious, and healthy preparation method: steam cooking.

In this field, Miele is expanding a model range which is already more than impressive by adding further models both at the top and the bottom ends of the lineup. In concrete terms, these are steam ovens which combine an oven or wall oven with first-class specifications with a fully-fledged steam cooker. Firstly, Miele will be presenting new models with top features, such as improved cleaning convenience. Secondly, there will be a new entry-line model series which will reduce the starting price in this sought-after product category by around one-third, making cooking with steam more accessible to a larger target audience. Miele will also be presenting a new entry-level series of ovens, with a new design, significantly more features and offering better value for money. And, in the booming market for induction hobs with an integrated downdraught extractor, there will be new models at IFA which guarantee more efficient extraction than their predecessors – whilst at the same time being noticeably quieter. All models have been tested to last 20 years. For that reason alone, a decision for Miele is a contribution towards everyday sustainability.

LG washtower

LG Electronics will unveil its new WashTower™ Compact vertical laundry solution at IFA 2022. The new WashTower™ is a fully integrated model that combines a separate washer and dryer, all-in-one control panel and advanced AI in a single, space-efficient unit to deliver greater convenience.

Providing more flexibility for limited spaces, LG’s newest WashTower™ offers a compact design that is ideal for a one or two-member household. Compared to the larger 2020 WashTower™, the width and depth on the new compact model have been reduced. However, the washer and dryer still boast large capacities. The WashTower™ Compact also features a lower height that allows for comfortable and convenient access to the dryer, easier filter management, and the ability to install the unit in rooms with lower ceilings. Requiring less installation space than a stackable or side-by-side washer and dryer pair of the same capacity, the relatively small model frees up space in the kitchen or laundry room to conveniently store detergents, fabric softeners, and linen.

With a sleek design that brings a subtle, minimalist aesthetic, LG’s new all-in-one WashTower™ Compact can integrate seamlessly with any type of décor in the home. The Center Control™ located on the front of the unit in between the washer and dryer, lets users easily manage all settings and functions from one convenient place, providing an optimal laundry experience.

What’s more, the new WashTower™ model takes the user experience – and laundry results – to the next level with LG’s advanced laundry technologies. Employing the Artificial Intelligence Direct Drive™ (AI DD™), the washer is able to identify the most suitable washing pattern (drum motions, water temperature and wash cycle time) for each load, reducing fabric damage to help clothing last longer. Meanwhile, the Smart Pairing™ feature syncs the dryer with the washer and automatically selects the best drying cycle based on the washer load settings, saving users time and offering the ultimate convenience. An excellent performer all-around, the LG WashTower™ Compact helps cut down on washing times with TurboWash™ 360, offering an effortless laundry experience.

“Boasting a more compact, streamlined design that offers more flexibility for small spaces, along with LG’s latest AI-based laundry technologies, the WashTower™ Compact delivers an exceptionally convenient user experience,” said Lyu Jae-cheol, president of LG Electronics Home Appliance & Air Solution Company. “We will continue to listen to consumers and meet their diverse and evolving needs by developing smart tech and design-forward appliances for a better life at home.”

LG will be showcasing its latest innovations, including the new WashTower™ Compact at its exhibition booth (Hall 18, Messe Berlin) during IFA 2022 (September 2-6) in Berlin, Germany.

Beko AquaTech

Beko says its innovative AquaTech technology offers reliable cleaning without costing the earth, with the highest energy efficiency rating and up to 20% less power consumption compared to similar capacity models.
Beko‘s new washing machines leverage advanced technology to bring all the power and performance one would expect from the brand, but with low power consumption.

There are two new models in the line-up – the B5WFU58418W and B5WFT89418W – each featuring AquaTech and SteamCure technology. Both appliances can also be controlled through the company’s HomeWhiz app.

Wash laundry quickly and gently thanks to AquaTech
With AquaTech, Beko says it relies on the natural power of water to clean laundry quickly, thoroughly and gently. Water and detergent are already mixed in the designated compartment. The mixture is then powerfully poured from above, like a waterfall, so laundry soaks faster and is washed more thoroughly, Beko explains.

In addition, the wash cycle alternates between rotating and intensive rinsing. This allegedly reduces the number of drum cycles by up to 75%, which in turn lowers both the duration and stress being put on the textiles by up to 50%, Beko adds.

Meanwhile, the machine’s ProSmart Inverter Motoroffers low power consumption, low noise levels and ensures a longer service life thanks to its brushless motor design.Stains and wrinkles don’t stand a chance with SteamCure
SteamCure technology can help remove stubborn stains while being gentle on clothes. SteamCure Hygiene+, the water can be heated to 60°C, which reduces common household allergens** by up to 99.9 percent. Washing machines equipped with SteamCure are therefore perfectly suited to people who suffer from allergies.

First-class washing
With a capacity of 8 or 9kgs and 15 or 14 programmes to choose from, Beko’s range is designed for small households or larger families. Using Bluetooth, both washing machines can be conveniently controlled via the HomeWhiz app. Eight (B5WFU58418W) or seven (B5WFT89418W) additional functions can be selected.

The app also helps choose the right washing programme. Users enter the type of textile and stain, the degree of soiling and colour of the laundry before receiving a tailored programme recommendation
