The new Haier ID Series cooktops offer a totally personalized cooking experience according to your taste thanks to the BIONICOOK technology, with bionic precision, intelligence and flexibility.  The bionic precision allows you to have precise temperature control through wireless probes and sensors that measure pot temperatures, automatically adjusting the power level for perfect cooking. The bionic intelligence enables you to connect your cooktop to the hOn app which gives you access to hundreds of recipes and special programs, while bionic flexibility enables you to use a cooking area in different ways according to your needs. 

Haier 959 series front load fully automatic ‘Made in India’

Haier Appliances India has launched its new 959 Direct Motion Motor Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machines in the country. Haier is dedicated to creating advanced laundry solutions with smart home technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and IoT capabilities, all aligned with its mission ‘Make in India, Made for India.’The 959 Super Drum Series of washing machines by Haier utilizes cutting-edge Direct Motion Motor technology to reduce vibrations and noise, increasing the machine’s durability. These machines are equipped with AI and IoT features, ensuring a seamless laundry experience.

The AI-DBS (Dynamic Balance System) software maintains a stable washing process. Haier addresses space constraints in Indian homes with a slim, redesigned body that fits easily in kitchens, washrooms, or balconies.Integrated Wi-Fi Control allows users to manage the washing machine remotely via a smartphone. The Haier HaiSmart App simplifies operation, enabling users to choose wash programs, start, stop, and pause cycles, and receive notifications for added convenience

Beko concerned about Chinese brands

Beko, the Turkish appliance Company, who is set to take over Hitachi’s consumer appliance business in Australia on October 1, in an effort to gain traction in the affordable premium market, is now concerned that Chinese brands are set to hurt sales of their bottom end Beko brand with management accusing the Chinese of setting up to dump product into the affordable appliance market.Recently Arcelik purchased a majority stake in Whirlpool’s household appliances business with the deal set to centre on Europe, however insiders are tipping that the business could end up with a deal in Australia.

Currently Whirlpool is distributed by the Harvey Norman owned distributor Arisit.

Haier launch SDA

Haier has already established itself as a fast-growing major domestic appliances brand, but now it has its sights set on a different sector – small kitchen appliances.There were seven new products announced in total including a tabletop blender, a hand blender, a mini food processor, an air fryer, kettle, toaster and a multi functional hot drink maker.Haier’s two-slot toaster, deep enough to toast baguettes and with an extra-high lift for smaller items. Most ingenious though is that this toaster comes with its very own lid to protect the top and insides of the toaster from dust and debris around your home. It’s a small addition that not only keeps the toaster clean but makes it look much smarter and neater on the countertop

Haier’s plan: relaunch of Candy and 150 million in investments

Haier grew by 29% in the first half of the year; the second half is also positive: we expect to reach close to 4 billion in turnover in 2023, compared to 3.2 billion last year”Haier has decided to invest 150 million over the next 5 years on its activities in Europe: 7 factories.

From 2019 to today, Haier has increased its turnover five times. The goal is now to double by 2028. In addition to imports from China, Haier has inaugurated a dishwasher factory in Turkey, and another refrigerator factory in Romania.

Haier is still growing, with an increase of 29% in the first half; the second half is also positive: we expect to reach 4 billion in turnover in 2023, compared to 3.2 billion The Group intends to relaunch the Candy brand by increasing its brand value with a new series of models: ” we have relocated some built-in production to Brugherio from China in the logic of being close to the consumer “
