NEFF Home Appliances’s Twist Touch® their goal always is to deliver a unique user experience that embodies our brand values across all products and value classes. Meeting this challenge is particularly demanding in scenarios with restrictive technical conditions and significant cost pressures. Neff take pride in their latest novelty, the Twist Touch® control, which completes the entry-level hob portfolio.

Enthusiastic cooks now enjoy an intuitive interaction experience with their induction cooktops, thanks to the printed haptic interface of Twist Touch®. This distinctive approach translates sliding movements and direct selections into precise cooking values, while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of well-known user interface patterns.

Furthermore, the haptic pattern of Twist Touch® aligns with the character of our product family, resembling the familiar Twist Pad® found in higher value classes.Flex Design and Flex Control are part of the new NEFF Collection – a series of ovens, hoods, hobs and coffee makers – that invites owners to interact with the design and user experience. Flex Design is an initiative that allows you to customise the handles and trim around the appliances, aligning them with your material, textural and colour preferences. The Collection has four go-to finishes to choose from: Brushed Bronze, Anthracite Grey, Deep Black and Metallic Silver. The trims are designed in such a way that they can easily be removed and switched at will, so that your hob or oven can match the season – or even an event.

Miele induction hobs Design Award

Miele induction hobs received two important design awards: the iF Design Award and the RedDot Design Award. Two hobs with an integrated extractor (TwoInOne) and a full-surface induction hob were each double winners.both powerful and quiet in operation. Their reduced design is characterised by the central air intake with a grille set in the ceramic glass screen. This feature, in particular, convinced the jury of the Red Dot Award and allows pots and pans to slide freely. The grille on the rectangular air intake blends in seamlessly with the design of the hob. Depending on the model, the grille is either completely black (KMDA 7272 Silence) or has discreet brushed stainless-steel slats (KMDA 7473 Silence).

A further recipient of the iF and the Red Dot design prize was the KM 7897-1 FL Diamond full-surface induction hob. As many as 6 pots, pans and oven dishes can be placed anywhere on the 90 cm wide hob unit and move around freely. This guarantees untold freedom during cooking. Moreover, the ceramic screen on the hob unit features a special coating: DiamondFinish is one of the hardest surfaces on the market and hence particularly scratch-resistant

BORA New products

BORA unveiled a series of products during their Product Launch Event

The BORA Pure M with its signature vertical slider made its appearance. Alongside, lighting solutions were introduced, notably the linear pendant light – BORA Horizon, and the vertical pendant light – BORA Stars.
BORA ventured into presenting an extendable vacuum-sealing system for kitchen countertops,
The main highlight in my opinion, however, was the introduction of three freezer solutions. According to BORA, these freezers are designed with intelligent circulating air cooling to ensure optimal temperature stability. An added feature is the integrated odor filter, aimed at reducing unpleasant fridge odors.

BORA branching out into peripheral products like for instance lighting and vacuum-sealing solutions. At first glance, this might seem a departure from their original product – cooktops with integrated exhaust systems. The addition of freezer solutions now rounds off their offerings in the large kitchen appliances segment. It’s going to be fascinating to watch how this once-specialized provider positions itself brand-wise for the future. The coming months will surely demand some additional communication to clearly convey their brand positioning to the market.
