Samsung, LG Top Home Appliance Satisfaction Survey in U.S.
Samsung and LG have topped a U.S. customer satisfaction survey for home appliances this year. Global industry tracker JD Power said last Thursday appliances made by the two Korean companies scored the highest in nine of 12 segments.The rankings were based on a study of over 20,000 customers who made purchases in the past year in six categories including brand image, pathway to purchase, and problems encountered.Samsung ranked first in eight segments, including cooktop, freestanding range, washers and tumble dryers. LG ranked highest in the side-by-side refrigerators segment and tied for first place in over-the-range microwaves with Samsung.Last year the two companies ranked first in six out of the 12 segments.LG, Samsung Sweep Best Washer Ratings in U.S.

The Electrolux Group site in Susegana has opened its doors to the Plastics Recycling Award Europe 2023 – Automotive, Electrical or Electronic Product of the Year 2023! Green Zone MaxiSpace is the first built-in refrigerator with internal linings made of 70% recycled plastic from decommissioned refrigerators and represents a record in its category, given that 13% of the plastic used overall for its construction is recycled plastic.
