ASKO APPLIANCES AB announce the launch of ASKO Germany.
The launch officially took place during the MHK Group AG General Meeting program in Berlin from May 24 to 25. ASKO unveiled its range of premium built-in kitchen appliances at the “living & style” exhibition in Estrel Congress Center, where the members of the MGH Group gathered to explore the latest trends and innovative technologies in the kitchen industry from the top speakers, prominent guests and exhibitors.

“ASKO’s minimalistic Scandinavian design and use of high-quality materials received very positive feedback,” says Robert Kapteijn, Business Director ASKO Germany. “ASKO exclusive collection of kitchen appliances is available only to German MHK Group members from now on. Electrolux’s appliances at the EcoLine Hub

Electrolux EcoLine Hub will be open to the public of Fuorisalone 2024: it is a space created to increase environmental awareness and encourage a more sustainable lifestyle. The installation will show some of the company’s most efficient products: the appliances belonging to the Electrolux EcoLine. In detail, the interior of the Hub reproduces a real home with two main zones: in the first area, dedicated to Taste, there are the 800 Steamboost oven (KOBBS39WX), the induction hob with integrated hood (KCC84453CK) , the SenseBoil 700 with the new SaphirMatt glass (EIS82453IZ), the dishwasher (KEZB8500W) and the 700 GreenZone fridge-freezer (KNP7MD18S); in the second area, dedicated to the clothing care, it is possible to discover the particularities of the new range of dryers and washing machines, and the filter for microplastics. Hitachi Restructured After Beko in Australia

After the merger of Hitachi into the Beko Australia operation management have moved to restructure the business with the announcement that former Samsung Vice President and of late National Sales Director at Hitachi along with David Anton the Companies supply chain manager are being laid off.

Hitachi whose products are sold at Harvey Norman and Bing Lee is the most profitable side of the Beko operation in Australia with Harvey Norman recently expanding sale of their premium refrigerators to additional stores

Ultimate products revenue down

Ultimate Products has said Brits are buying fewer airfryers than before, leading revenues to drop four per cent in the second half of the year.

Ultimate Products, which owns Britain’s oldest houseware brand Salter founded in 1760, reported revenues of £84m, down from £87.6m in the first half of 2023, which it said was due to waning sales of the machinesThe group, which sells Russell Hobbs cookware and laundry products under licence as well as owning the Beldray brands, floated on the London Stock Exchange in an IPO worth more than £100m in 2017.
