Taurus Group has presented during the IFA Fair in Berlin one of its most anticipated launches, the new Mycook Next kitchen robot, the new generation of IoT kitchen robots designed entirely by the Taurus Group.
Specifically, the new Mycook model will be produced at the TAG Automotive factory in Terrassa (Barcelona), following the company’s local reindustrialization plan.
The Group acquired TAG Automotive (formerly Nifco Products Spain), at the end of last year, in an operation that was part of the innovation and reindustrialization plan of Grupo Taurus in Europe focused on industry 4.0. The production of the new Mycook represents a further step in its objective to manufacture part of its small electrical appliance products in its local plants, especially the most innovative products, such as the Mycook kitchen robots. “Grupo Taurus is the only company that designs and manufactures this type of product, with high added value and technologically advanced, in Spain”, they point out from the company.
Mycook Next stands out for its large color screen of more than 10โ, being the kitchen robot with the largest touch screen on the market, which offers a unique user experience. From the screen you can easily access the 30 culinary functions of Mycook Next, browse its online recipe book of more than 3,000 recipes that are constantly growing, filter recipes by ingredients, allergens. In addition, in each recipe you can view the nutritional content, add the ingredients to the shopping list synchronized with the mobile phone or add it to the weekly menu planner.
Following the latest technological advances, the new Mycook Next can be controlled by voice via Alexa and Google Home and has the patented Mycook induction heating system and integrated scale in the same machine.
As an additional value, Mycook has already become a social network of inspiration for thousands of users. Currently, the Club Mycook community in Spain has 80,000 users, who constantly interact creating new recipes that they share with the Mycook community and that make using the food processor more fun.
During IFA, Taurus Group has announced that Mycook Next will be launched soon in the main markets of Europe: France, Germany, Italy and Portugal.

Every year Tineco produces 12 million vacuum cleaners, Getz revealed. The company is adjusting its products to the customers needs, by producing vacuum cleaners for single households, families and the elderly.
One of the most interesting innovations of Tineco is the iLoop Smart Sensor. It detects dust and is providing a longer duration of the battery due to a smarter use. The Pure One vacuum cleaner also comes with a premium LCD display. The Zero Tangle technology provides a better protection of the vacuum cleaner from pet hair. The Floor One S5 Series can be used as a vacuum cleaner and is also able to mop up puddles on the kitchen floor. Gertz was showing the capabilities of the vacuum cleaner in front of the audience at the City Cube Berlin. He was demonstrating the Floor One S5 capable to erase ketchup stains and a broken egg form the floor. After cleaning the floor the device cleans itself automatically.

Seb group doubles the production area of the Krampouz site
Groupe SEB announces an investment of more than 5 million euros in 2022 to carry out the extension works of the Krampouz factory, in Pluguffan in Finistรจre. The expansion of the site, which will reach 10,000 mยฒ, will accommodate new machines and a modernized industrial tool.

With 100,000 products manufactured per year and a turnover of +32% compared to the previous year, the Krampouz factory in Finistรจre has reached the physical limits of its deployment. The expansion of the Pluguffan plant, where the group has been established since 2009, has become necessary.
Majority shareholder since 2019, the Seb group is therefore investing more than 5 million euros to extend and modernize the production area. ” This expansion is part of Groupe SEB’s desire to maintain and promote industrial know-how in France. Labeled Living Heritage Company since 2017, all appliances bearing the Krampouz stamp are designed and manufactured in Pluguffan, in Finistรจre ” , specifies the shareholder.
Launched in March 2022, the work, carried out by local companies, will be finalized during the summer of 2023. The various areas, industry and logistics, will be operational at the end of 2022. “The expansion of the site will make it possible to accommodate new machines and a modernized industrial tool, but also to extend the research and test laboratory. The site will also accommodate new spaces making the well-being of employees an essential component of this project”, specifies the press release.
The surface will increase by nearly 50% compared to the current premises and will approach 10,000 mยฒ. It will also increase the factory’s production capacity for all Krampouz cooking appliances, whether for professionals or the general public. In 2022, Groupe Seb is indeed initiating the renewal of the historic range of professional crepe makers.
