With an impressive track record in driving commercial success, Spencer has been recognised for his ability to forge strong customer partnerships, improve profitability, and enhance consumer experiences—qualities GDHA describes as essential to leading its brands and business forward.
Spencer’s extensive career includes his role as Managing Director for Electrolux UK, as well as serving as European Vice President of Aftermarket Services and European Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer.

Paolo Gatti new CFO of the Polti Group
Paolo Gatti , 47, has been appointed as the new CFO of the Polti Group. After many years of experience as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Paolo Gatti worked for years at the Calvi Group, which mainly operates in the production of special steel profiles. Initially responsible for management control in the subholding Eureka Spa, where he also served as a board member in some of the controlled companies, Gatti then moved to the main holding, where he took on the role of head of finance, control and special projects, as well as being the Group’s ESG manager.
