Haier appoints new Cluster Leader DACH and Managing Director Germany

Rogier Volmer will take up his new position at Haier Germany on 7th August 2023. With extensive experience as a managing director in global and European management as well as in commercial and marketing functions, Rogier Volmer joins Haier Germany as a highly qualified leader. Volmer will be the new Cluster Leader for DACH and Managing Director Germany, successfully implementing the company’s five-year plan to expand its market presence in the DACH region and drive business growth

Cyril Buxtorf has been appointed Senior Executive Vice-President, Products & Innovation of Groupe SEB. Member of the Executive Committee, he has joined the General Management Committee. He will continue to report Stanislas de Gramont, Chief Executive Officer of Groupe SEB.

Cyril Buxtorf joined Groupe SEB in 1997 and has built up a strong experience, both in the markets and in the Business Units, over the last 26 years.

Kenwood’s campaign with food influencers

Kenwood’s new digital campaign, built on a passion for design and expertise in the kitchen, focuses on those who have become real food-themed reference points on social media , authentic representatives of the passion for home cooking .

The numbers of this project are: 12 food influencers involved , over 100 videos shared during 2023 to an aggregate fan base of more than 14 million users . These figures reflect Kenwood’s goal of communicating in simple, authentic and personal language through influencer activity across their social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The forecast is to double the brand’s organic visibility on social networks and significantly increase direct traffic from social networks to Kenwood Club, the recipe sharing platform which represents the heart of the brand’s editorial positioning.

Justin De Lapa appointed General Manager EMEA at KitchenAid

The American brand of “small” and “large” household appliances, KitchenAid , has appointed Justin De Lapa General Manager of the EMEA division (small household appliances). He succeeds James Goldsmith who held this position for 7 Years .Our ambitions are great, and my challenge will be to take the brand as far as possible, in terms of sales, notoriety on the food processor but also on the other categories, namely breakfast, coffee and food preparation, to continue to satisfy our consumers as well as possible says Justin De Lapa.
