Fulgor Milano, a brand with a rich tradition, was practically unknown until its relaunch in 2009 by Venetian entrepreneur Gianni Meneghetti. Known internationally, Meneghetti transformed the brand, leveraging his decades of experience as the top subcontractor for built-in cooking appliances. His company, based in Rosà, Vicenza, has been a key supplier of high-end hobs, ovens, and kitchens to luxury brands in North America.

Meneghetti prefers not to be associated with outsourcing, but his approach differs significantly from typical OEMs. He supplies premium products to exclusive brands like Viking and General Electric (o, driven by popular demand. The Fulgor Milano brand, rich with numerous patents, continues to expand globally, offering premium and medium-high range appliances. Whether gas or induction, Meneghetti remains a symbol of traditional cooking excellence.

Fulgor Milano is presenting the latest model of the Professional line as a world premiere at Eurocucina/FTK 2024: the new Sofia range 60″ Induction All Glass, a Made in Italy product for domestic use but with professional features. It is a range with essential lines and large dimensions. “Sofia – the company explains – is the first 60” (150 cm) range in the world to have a single, wide and resistant glass-ceramic hob which considerably facilitates cleaning”. The induction hob offers 8 cooking zones: 2 double-adjustable inductors, 2 standard zones and 4 zones in the center with Bridge function for large pans and griddle. The product is controlled by practical knobs. Sofia also includes 2 pyrolytic ovens (30”), equipped with double ventilation and telescopic racks; furthermore the doors present soft closing and 4 heat-reflective glasses. Fulgor Milano also offers the version with Teppanyaki plate. In this case the product includes 7 induction zones and 2 ovens (24″ and 36″). In addition to these ranges, other new products on display at the Fulgor Milano stand include, for example, the 90 cm Enova+ induction hob with integrated hood, the new ovens from the Urbantech Touch line and a new version of the Aria+ hob. Finally, at the stand there is also a proposal of domino hobs, including the Wok.

Among these, one of the most interesting appliances is the 90 Urbantech multifunctional oven, a model that stands out for its classic user-friendly knob control completed with a functional digital display.For maximum usability, the URBANTECH series ovens combine the precision of electronics with the ergonomics of manual controls. Direct, immediate, and easily intelligible function setting. All ovens have newly designed knobs and handle.

The Urbantech oven, in A energy class, offers a choice of 9 functions and is characterized by a pleasant, essential design. It features a 105 l ultra black enamelled cooking chamber.

Moreover, it’s fitted with an efficient safety system, including tangential cooling ventilation. Finally, the model comes with some accessories, such as set of fully removable telescopic rails, enamelled tray, flat rack, and rotisseries kit.

Fulgor Milano to launch new products at KBIS

Fulgor Milano will be at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show 2023 (KBIS), that will be held in Las Vegas from January 31st to February 2nd. The Italian company will display its products in the West Building at Booth #W3727, where it also will unveil some new additions to ovens and cooktops lines.

The innovative products of the Professional line will also be on display, such as the new 48″ Induction 7+ ranges and range tops. Furthermore, Fulgor Milano will exhibit new refrigerators, freezers, and wine cellar columns that match perfectly with Fulgor Milano PRO cooking products, as well as being powerful, elegant and provide commercial-grade performance.

Atmos multifunction oven is one of the latest innovations by Fulgor Milano. It features 6 steam cooking modes, 11 programs and 9 special functions. The water tank has a capacity of 1.5 liters and the steam temperature is reached in less than 5 minutes. In addition, the oven guarantees an autonomy of over 3 hours for steam cooking at 100°C without having to top up the water. And when it is necessary to do so, this operation does not require opening the oven door. The appliance is also in A++ energy efficiency class and is equipped with touch controls and soft closing hinges. Finally, a further plus of Atmos is the Pizza function, thanks to which the oven reaches up to 290°C to ensure a perfect cooking.
