According to the organizer Trendfairs GmbH, the thirteenth edition of the event, held from September 21 to 26, saw the presence of over 12 thousand industry experts.
The Falmec stand reflected the concept of ‘invisible technology’ in which the aspiration becomes part of the kitchen architecture, with solutions that are hidden inside furnishing elements.
Falmec: new partnership China
Falmec has kicked off a new partnership in the Chinese market with the opening of a flagship store located at the Macalline Shopping Center in Beijing. In this recently built mall, the Italian company has been provided with a space by Hiseasons, the brand’s official distributor in China. Falmec displays in a showroom of almost 3,000 sqm, along with other premium brands of furniture and household appliances. Among the models on display are the hoods from the Circle.Tech collection such as the multifunctional Spazio, and the decorative Dama and Soffio. But also, Air Wall and Monolith from the Elements collection. These models are joined by Light equipped with Multi-air technology, the Zenith hood from the Silence NRS collection and T-shaped models to satisfy a customer segment with a more traditional taste.

Quantum induction hob by Falmec with integrated hood is renewed with the Pro version, improved in controls (thanks to a new touch slider) and in cooking technology, characterized by high performance in induction and new functions, including automatic pan recognition and end-of-cooking timer for each zone. In addition, the Quantum Pro hob in the Easy version is equipped with the Carbon.Zeo filter (integrated in the hood body and regenerable), which combines activated carbon and zeolite. Other features of the appliance are the Double Bridge, Recall (settings reset in case of accidental switching off), Keep Warm and Pause functions, Quick Start automatic switch-on and command lock. The hob, with a frame of the suction area in matt black steel with anti-scratch treatment, can be adjusted to 9 levels + Boost

Technology is invisible to the eye in the new Brera by Falmec, which will be available from May 2023. Brera is an advanced cooking solution, featuring a configuration conceived to offer a spacious cooking area and a versatile, uniform workspace featuring a monochrome glass ceramic element where the cooking area is teamed with the suction solution. Clean lines, silent operation and energy efficiency (class A++) are the hallmark features of Brera, a single product with multiple functions whose name is a tribute to the renowned Milan design district.
The suction area takes the form of a slender groove, with a glass flap at the back featuring a black steel frame that has a surface anti-scratch system. The flap opens automatically when the hob is in use, sucking away steam and cooking fumes, after which it closes and blends back into the hob. Falmec acquisition
Falmec S.p.A., a Treviso-based company specializing in the production of design range hoods for kitchens, has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Friulana Accessori S.r.l. and Metaldomus S.r.l., companies historically active in the production of accessories and technical items for kitchens and bathrooms.
With over 50 years of expertise in the market and an internationally recognized brand Falmec proved to be the ideal partner to ensure the generational transition to the acquired Companies.

Falmec Elements collection
Elements collection by Falmec becomes part of a modular, multifunctional architecture that is totally integrated into the kitchen. The “Elements” concept is expressed in different solutions designed to adapt to the multiple needs and types of installations in the kitchen. The range includes three new models: Monolith, Shelf and Air Wall.
Monolith is an element with a precious design, placed on the worktop, designed to meet the various needs in the kitchen, in a refined way. The system consists of a 90 cm suction element and accessory container modules – which can be placed on the right or left – of 30, 60 or 90 cm, which allow a functional and personalized set-up.
Shelf looks like a real suction shelf. Thanks to the exclusive Multi-Air technology, the suction body is extremely thin and incorporated into a shelf structure of only 10 cm, equipped with a removable cover, to increase suction capacity. The “hood” element can be enriched with additional modules of 60 and 90 cm, which can be positioned to the right or left of the extractor body to configure different furnishing compositions by creating a hanging system, which opens up new open design spaces.
Finally, Air Wall vertically integrates the extraction in an exclusive backlit white tempered glass panel, transforming the back of the kitchen into a functional surface, which sucks in the fumes and at the same time illuminates the space with a pleasant ambient light. The magnetic system of the panel also allows you to add functional accessories, which are also magnetic – such as tablet supports, spice racks and shelves – which allow the user to place them anywhere on the surface
