Beko new hob and hood

Beko presents its latest additions to the cooking range. The first launch is the induction hob HII63200FHT with 3 cooking zones: a double compatible with pots and pans of greater or lesser size and the IndyFlex ® zone that groups two square cooking zones allowing them to operate independently or together as a single larger one. It has an overflow safety function and automatic shutdown.

For those who prefer to cook with gas, the new HILW75222SL is a plate of 5 glass fires with wrought iron supports. Among the 5 fires stands out the high-power wok burner that is located in the center of the plate and with which you can cook quickly without decreasing food nutrients.

In this line, Beko adds to its cooking range a second gas plate: the HILL7522S, has a new configuration that leaves the wok burner placed on the left , giving it greater autonomy.

Both plates have self-ignition integrated in the control and a safety valve in burners, so that if the flame accidentally goes out the gas outlet is automatically interrupted to avoid leaks.

Voice command: manage appliances only by voice
Smart home . A concept that is coming into our daily lives with arrogance, revolutionizing the way we interface with domestic technology and housework. Part of the credit is also given to the prices of smart devices , which have fallen considerably in recent years, ceasing to be luxury items to become simple accessories that more and more families can afford.

And therefore voice-controlled appliances , which can be operated via the smartphone to allow remote control of the home, are no longer things for Hollywood movies but an integral part of everyday life!

Voice control is one of the most useful and interesting features that smart appliances can offer. For example, did you get the ingredients for tonight’s dinner but don’t remember all the steps anymore? A doubt about which is the best program to wash your favorite sweatshirt? No problem! Associated ovens and washing machines , such as RapidÓ products and the first range of connected ovens , meet these needs. Let’s find out together!

Rapid’Ó
The RapidÓ washing machine has a Wi-Fi connectivity system that makes it even easier to use. Thanks to the Candy simply-Fi app , you can ask the washing machine to access a series of recommendations and advice on the best wash cycle or on removing stains, just to give an example.

Connected furnaces
Try to imagine: you are preparing a gourmet pizza for this evening or you have your hands full and you suddenly have a mental emptiness … What ingredients were used for the recipe? With Candy’s first connected oven , you can ask these questions directly to your appliance and know what (and how) to cook using only the item. The Candy simply-Fi app will respond with the right recipe or advice you needed.

Gaggenau and Raymond Blanc renew their partnership

Raymond Blanc has renewed his partnership with Gaggenau to upgrade the kitchen in the Raymond Blanc Cookery School with new appliances. Raymond handpicked cooktops and ovens from the company 400 series. Set in a picturesque 15th century manor in rural England, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons has become a culinary destination for gourmands the world over, with diners at the restaurant also having the option to stay in one of the manors 32 individually designed hotel rooms. Raymond Blanc opened the restaurant 35 years ago, earned two Michelin stars upon opening and has retained them ever since. He also created the Raymond Blanc Cookery School and Gardening School, with the cookery school located just across the corridor from the bustling restaurant kitchen.
“Similarly to us – Gaggenau explays in a press realise – Raymond Blanc promotes sustainable produce and ethical farming. He ensures that these methods are used to create dishes which enrich the palate of every diner. This has meant that the menu at Le Manoir celebrates a field to fork ethos, with much of the organic produce on the menu being harvested daily from the beautiful kitchen gardens. This ethos is also carried through to the Raymond Blanc Cookery School, where guests on the course are shown how to make the most of every ingredient, lowering the chance of waste.” Raymond makes a conscious effort to stay abreast of trends in the culinary world, especially ones which make an impact on the environment. When Le Manoir initially opened 35 years ago, Raymond offered a five and seven course vegetarian menu, which at the time was not popular amongst the restaurant patrons. However, as diners are now considering how the planet is affected by what is on their plate, the demand for vegetarian menus at Le Manoir has risen dramatically.
