Bosch is showcasing innovations in the kitchen for a responsible, healthy and sustainable lifestyle: live responsibly #LikeABosch. The Siemens booth, the “Intelligent Kitchen” is the perfect combination of the latest technology, useful connectivity and visionary design for home appliances. It showcases the benefits derived from a system of remarkably designed and connected appliances.

One of the highlights of the Siemens booth is the new iQ700 oven with automatic food recognition.

NEFF is excited to present “The Flavour District”: a unique space where urban style meets the typical designs of industrial style. Enthusiastic cooks now enjoy an intuitive interaction experience with their induction cooktops, thanks to the printed haptic interface of Twist Touch®. This distinctive approach translates sliding movements and direct selections into precise cooking values, while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of well-known user interface patterns.

Furthermore, the haptic pattern of Twist Touch® aligns with the character of our product family, resembling the familiar Twist Pad® found in higher value classes.Flex Design and Flex Control are part of the new NEFF Collection – a series of ovens, hoods, hobs and coffee makers – that invites owners to interact with the design and user experience. Flex Design is an initiative that allows you to customise the handles and trim around the appliances, aligning them with your material, textural and colour preferences. The Collection has four go-to finishes to choose from: Brushed Bronze, Anthracite Grey, Deep Black and Metallic Silver. The trims are designed in such a way that they can easily be removed and switched at will, so that your hob or oven can match the season – or even an event.

NEFF Home Appliances’s fully automatic coffee machines with “Flex Control” offer a large and high-performance touch display, providing an immersive experience that can be operated purely by touch or through a hybrid mode with the “Twist Pad Flex®” on either side.
The intuitive “Tune Zone” on the display allows users to easily customize coffee-related choices, such as the desired amount or intensity, with a simple touch. As the user makes their selections, an animated cup on the display visually adjusts to reflect the chosen values, while a “Light Dialogue” provides color-based feedback for an even more engaging experience.

Neff N90 and N70 upgrade

For 2023 Neff, has updated and improved its N90 and N70 ovens, giving them a sleek new style with a Graphite Grey finish and integrating new features like intuitive touch screens. The Flex Design series from NEFF, on the other hand, promotes uniqueness. End users have the freedom to display their distinct personalities in the kitchen thanks to the vast selection of trendy finishes available for handles and side trimmings.

Customers looking for a classy aesthetic for their complete kitchen will be drawn to the extremely modern Graphite Grey coating, which is now available on the trimmings and handles of N90 and N70 ovens. The new Graphite Grey is therefore available on single ovens, compact ovens, warming drawers, and even as a trim on the Twist Pad control on selected hobs as well.with higher resolution displays. These interfaces offer intuitive and responsive swipe and tap controls, providing end users with ultimate flexibility while cooking.

In addition, some N90 ovens can be operated by Twist Pad Flex. The Twist Pad is normally seen on Neff induction hobs, offering intuitive control and removable for easy cleaning. However, the Twist Pad Flex can be removed and snapped into place on the full touch screen 3 of a compatible oven or coffee machine, thereby offering dial as well as touch control.

At the Neff GmbH site in Bretten, Fayez Makdesi analyzed the biggest noise sources in the prefabrication area as part of his bachelor thesis. He successfully developed protective measures to make the working environment even safer for his colleagues.

45 million home appliances produced: BSH Neff GmbH site in Bretten celebrated a manufacturing anniversary in the fall of 2021 – two milestones have been reached at once:

“15 million ovens and 30 million extractor hoods made in Bretten, these are proud figures,” notes Thomas Baumeister, the site manager. “A big thank you to the colleagues who are the basis of this success. They contribute with the greatest commitment, with passion, inventiveness, and the highest quality standards every day to continue writing this success story. And they do so even in times that are anything but easy and present us with major challenges.”
