AEG Dryer top spot in tests by Stiftung Warentest

Premium brand AEG 🏆 — not one but two of AEG’s dryers have taken the top spot in tests by Stiftung Warentest , Germany’s most trusted independent consumer testing authority. This double win puts AEG at the top of Stiftung Warentest’s laundry care rankings for the seventh time in just two years, a record no other home appliance brand has ever achieved.

Both the  8000 AbsoluteCare® Dryer (TR8T75789) and the 9000 AbsoluteCare®Plus Dryer (TR9M7680) share first place.

The wins reflect AEG commitment to combining technological innovation with everyday usability, delivering appliances with outstanding performance, energy efficiency and fabric care.

Miele Stiftung Warentest

For the sixth time in a row, a Miele dishwasher has achieved first place in the Stiftung Warentest. The G 7205 SCi XXL secured the top score of 2.2 in the test. The device is particularly impressive in the economy program (Eco), as well as in handling and noise, with top marks in each case. Thanks to a height of 84 to 86 centimeters, the XXL model can also easily accommodate large plates or long-stemmed drinking glasses

Miele washing machines at the top of StiWa

The current edition of Stiftung Warentest (StiWa) ‘test’ magazine (10/2022), the WCI 870 WPS and the WWE 360 WPS GreenPerformance washing machines by Miele achieved the top mark of Good (1.6) and putting in a compelling performance over a period of 10 years with their low running costs. In total, StiWa evaluated 14 frontloaders with load capacities between 8 and 9 kg.

Alongside the criteria included in the evaluation, both models in the test convinced with their innovative PowerWash process with which even very small loads can be washed clean (A-rated wash efficiency) without compromising on energy efficiency. In combination with QuickPowerWash, this is even done in less than one hour. The test results for Miele’s WCI 870 WPS also apply to the technically identical models WWI 860 WPS and WEI 875 WPS
