Liebherr refrigerators win the iF DESIGN Award.
Liebherr is the first manufacturer to offer built-in appliances that can be automatically opened and closed up to 115 degrees. This innovative feature AutoDoor is not only convenient – it also offers a noble design added value: Because it is possible to design a modern and completely hands-free.
The innovative AutoDoor development from Liebherr has now been rewarded with the iF Design Award in the kitchen product categories
The AutoDoor function is available for four built-in units, including the SIFNAe5188 freezer and three built-in refrigerators for different niche heights: IRBAd 4170 (122 cm), IRBAd 5171 and IRBAd 5190 (both 178cm).

Liebherr, have reduced their carbon footprint by 62%

Liebherr, have reduced their carbon footprint by 62% between 2017 and 2019 at our European production sites. The goal is to cut emissions to ~80% by 2022 compared to 2017 and continue working to make efforts that contribute to the environment.
