Beko Expands AI-Powered Customer Care Network

The appliance giant has unveiled a major expansion of its global after-sales operations, combining human expertise, connected diagnostics and AI-powered tools to deliver faster, more proactive customer support.

Beko is strengthening its customer care capabilities across 58 countries through a service network that includes more than 7,000 service points, 27,000 technicians, 50 call centres and around 2,000 customer service agents.

The enhanced support infrastructure spans 22 appliance brands, reflecting the company’s growing focus on delivering a seamless ownership experience long after the initial purchase.

According to Beko, the initiative aims to move beyond traditional repair services by using digital technologies to help consumers get the best performance from their appliances while providing quicker and more efficient support when issues arise.

Quality at the Core

The company’s approach starts at the product development stage and extends throughout the entire customer lifecycle. By combining quality management processes, product monitoring and customer feedback, Beko aims to continuously improve both products and service experiences.

Data analytics, digitalisation initiatives and AI-driven insights are being used to identify opportunities for product enhancements, streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Supporting Customers Throughout Ownership

Beko’s after-sales strategy includes digital troubleshooting, maintenance guidance and self-service tools designed to help users resolve suitable issues without requiring an engineer visit.

Customers can access information and support through brand websites, while connected appliance technologies offer additional guidance and remote assistance features.

The company’s HomeWhiz smart home platform also plays a central role in delivering connected support, helping users manage compatible appliances while accessing customer service features in selected markets.

Industry Trend Towards Smarter Service

The latest move highlights a growing trend across the appliance industry as manufacturers increasingly invest in connected technologies, predictive maintenance and AI-assisted diagnostics.

As smart appliances become more common in households, after-sales service is evolving from reactive repairs to proactive support models that focus on prevention, remote troubleshooting and improved customer engagement.

For manufacturers, the ability to combine connected appliances with intelligent service tools is becoming an increasingly important differentiator in a competitive marketplace.
