Elba has introduced a new organisational structure to strengthen its international commercial presence and sharpen its brand identity. CEO Gabriele Garella says the integrated Business Unit will speed up decision‑making and better leverage internal expertise.
Founded in 1950 and part of Haier Europe since 2021, Elba operates in over 60 markets, employs more than 400 people, and produces over 300,000 cookers, ovens, and hobs annually.
Key Appointments include Luca Pinzi joins as Head of the Business Unit, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Planning to drive growth in Italy and abroad and Matteo Verlato, reporting to Pinzi, leads Marketing and Product Management, focusing on brand strategy, product positioning, and consumer insight.
Strategic Aims
Elba expects the reorganisation to enhance technical capabilities, improve customer proximity, and increase responsiveness to market dynamics. Pinzi says the company is entering “a new chapter” centred on innovation, design, and Made in Italy values.
Recent launches include full‑touch EvoCook ovens and the Carbon Luxe freestanding cooker collection inspired by luxury hypercars.
