Fnac Darty Q3 Results

Fnac Darty’s third-quarter results highlight a clear contrast between domestic and international retail performance.

While a subdued domestic market caused sales in France to dip by 0.4%, strong European growth outside France (+5%) kept total group performance on track.
Key Performance Highlights:
* Overall Revenue: Reached €2.51 billion in Q3 (+1.8% like-for-like), bringing nine-month total sales to €6.97 billion (+1.1%).
* E-Commerce Surge: Online sales grew 5.3% over the first nine months, now representing over 21% of total business. Click & Collect accounts for nearly half of all online orders.
* Margin Expansion: Gross margin improved by 40 basis points, boosted by strong growth in services and an advantageous product mix.
* Strategic Integrations: The integration of Unieuro is progressing as planned, targeting at least €20 million in synergies by year-end.
Despite soft domestic consumer demand in France, Fnac Darty re-confirmed its full-year guidance for 2026, pointing to improved operating margins and positive cash flow through the final quarter.
