The Board of Directors has appointed Luca Barboni—formerly Managing Director of the company’s Cooking Business Unit—as the new Chief Executive Officer.

The decision was made through co‑option, in line with Elica’s established succession plan and following the recommendation of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.
