Gaggenau continues to build on its reputation for premium kitchen appliances with the EB 333, a distinctive 90cm oven that combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced cooking technology.
A longstanding flagship in the brand’s portfolio, the EB 333 is designed to appeal to consumers looking for professional-style cooking performance and a statement appliance for the kitchen.
One of its most recognisable features is its substantial front door, crafted from a single sheet of 3mm stainless steel. Weighing approximately 20kg, the door features a cushioned opening and closing mechanism, while five layers of glass provide thermal insulation.
Professional cooking capabilities
The EB 333 offers 17 heating methods, including hot air, eco hot air, full-surface grilling, dough proving, defrosting and keeping warm. Its temperature range extends from 30°C to 300°C, providing flexibility across a wide variety of cooking applications.
An 83-litre capacity provides generous cooking space, while a three-point core temperature probe helps monitor food during preparation and estimates cooking times.
Additional features include a rotisserie spit, baking stone function and automatic cooking programmes, all controlled through a TFT touch display. Users can also save up to 50 individual recipes.
Technology meets traditional design
Despite its traditional appearance, the EB 333 incorporates modern connectivity through Gaggenau Home Connect, offering selected digital services including remote monitoring, control and recipes.
Maintenance is supported by a pyrolytic cleaning system, while the oven also features a five-layer insulated door, child lock and safety shut-off functions.
A statement product for the premium kitchen market
The EB 333 highlights Gaggenau’s approach to the luxury appliance market, where distinctive design, specialist cooking functions and craftsmanship are key selling points.
With its 90cm format, substantial stainless steel construction and extensive cooking capabilities, the oven occupies a distinctive position in the premium built-in appliance sector.
