ILVE has completed the acquisition of assets belonging to Optima , a company specialized in the production of cooking appliances based in the province of Modena.

The history of Optima, which has inherited the skills of Terim and Fratelli Onofri, is identified with that of an industrial district that represents one of the Italian excellences in the design and construction of household appliances.

In recent years Optima has been characterized by the production of free standing kitchen blocks, built-in, gas and electric hobs and ovens, pizza and tigelfocaccia ovens.

A wealth of skills that ILVE has decided to preserve and enhance as part of an overall strategic vision that sees the company committed to implementing development plans and growth projects consistent with the brand’s relaunch objectives, in order to be increasingly competitive and proactive in international markets.

Born and raised in 1969 in Campodarsego in the province of Padua, ILVE thus strengthens its vocation as a specialist in cooking systems and steel processing.
