Roborock has officially secured its position as the world’s leading smart cleaning robot brand in 2025, according to the latest IDC Worldwide Quarterly Smart Vacuum Robotics Tracker. It’s a major milestone that highlights the company’s rapid global expansion and its growing influence in a market that’s evolving fast, with more product categories and smarter home robotics than ever before.
IDC’s data shows that Roborock outperformed all competitors across the broader household robotics category — including robotic vacuums, robotic lawn mowers, and other home-cleaning robots. The brand shipped 5.8 million units in 2025, capturing an impressive 17.7% global market share.
When it comes specifically to Robot Vacuum Cleaners (RVCs), Roborock’s dominance is even clearer. The company has held the No. 1 position since the second half of 2023, and it continued that streak in 2025 H2 with a record‑breaking 27.0% market share — its highest ever. That makes 2025 the third consecutive year Roborock has topped the global RVC rankings.
