San Marco launches its espresso coffee revolution with the professional LevaClass® V6 machine , the new jewel of the Friulian brand, world leader in the sector, famous for its productions characterized by high reliability, refined design and quality attributed to the product in the cup, combining tradition and almost centenary techniques with the most innovative contemporary technologies.
Professional model with double-bank lever , V6 upsets the bar’s perspectives by changing the rules of the coffee break: the exclusive design is inspired by the automotive world , highlighting the elaborate internal components and the workmanship of the body, for a final result that translates into a tribute to the Italian coffee sector and, in particular, to that of traditional lever machines.
Six levers for coffee extraction and as many dispensing groups, four steam nozzles and two for hot water dispensing, two banks, two baristas, one machine: the V6 numbers La San Marco, so called for its V structure , they make the new machine unique in its kind, putting the work of the bartender at the center of the scene and boasting a dynamic and captivating design that recalls the lines of the motorsport world of the 60s and 70s, thanks to the project signed by Bonetto Design .

Sculpted and muscular, V6 transmits all the power of a pulsating engine : the body in hydroformed steel, with a painted finish and tempered glass, enhances the great technical skill of La San Marco in the processing of materials and draws attention to the wealth of components and the meticulous precision of the internal workings.
Wide range of finishes, designed to offer a high level of personalization of the appliance, from the classic white pearl , to the Avantgarde lava black , to the Trieste Elegance blue . The boiler is proposed in two versions to choose from mirror-polished stainless steel or gold-plated copper, while the hydraulic components are declined in polished brass and copper.
The technology and professionalism of V6 is guaranteed by the PID system for the control and electronic regulation of the water temperature in the boiler, and by the exclusive patent LEVA CLASS® (Controlled Lever Anti-Shock System), specifically developed for the traditional machines lever coffee. A braking assisted device able to improve and facilitate the mechanical extraction of espresso coffee, reducing the return speed of the lever in any condition of use, to the benefit of the machine’s ease of use and safety.
